The organization is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of nine members for devising the development blueprint. The Board also oversees finance matters, ensuring all fundings are strictly utilized in compliance with our founding purpose. Board members serve a term of three years and are elected among members. Six advisory committees serve under the Board and offer guidance to staff operation when needed. A Chief Executive is designated to implement CCAF strategy, and to manage overall operations.

Dr. Chan Wah Fat graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong in 1985. He first joined the psychiatric service of the Medical and Health Department of the government, and then served as a consultant psychiatrist of the Hospital Authority, focusing on adult psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Chan holds many voluntary public positions in the medical and nursing field, including the voluntary secretary and voluntary treasurer of the Hong Kong Academy of Psychiatry; the chairman of the Hong Kong Geriatric Psychiatric Association, etc. Dr. Chan has been serving the Psychiatry Department of Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital for more than 20 years. He retired in July 2018 and started his private practice.

Ms. Li Lai Kam is a clinical psychologist and hypnotist. She graduated from Canada in the early years, and then obtained a master's degree from the University of Iowa in the United States, and obtained the British Association of Professional Psychotherapy and Hypnosis, the Hong Kong Association of Psychotherapists and the Association of Hypnotherapists, and the American Hypnotherapy Examination Board. Recognized tutor professional qualifications. Currently engaged in clinical psychotherapy and emotional therapy. She used to be a senior tutor of the Hong Kong Academy of Clinical Hypnosis, and now also holds several social public positions and compulsory education work. Ms. Li is one of the founding members of the Association for Care of the Elderly.

Mr. Tam Ka Ming is a registered social worker who has been actively involved in public welfare work, tirelessly promoting the spirit of mutual assistance and love in the community, and striving to enhance community cohesion and promote a harmonious society.
Mr. Tam is particularly concerned about disadvantaged groups and founded the "1st step Association" as early as 1999 to provide appropriate care for injured workers with disabilities and their families in Hong Kong.
Mr. Tam Ka-ming also served as a member of the "Community Investment and Inclusion Fund" under the Labour and Welfare Bureau from 2017 to 2023."

Mr. Wan Wai Yin is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years experience. Mr. Wan has extensive working experience in both multi-national and local corporations. He is now CIO of MTR Corporation.
He helds Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Science and MBA.

Mr Fung Wai Ki has over 20 years of experience in media sales & marketing and held management positions in various multinational media companies. He has joined the Community CareAge Foundation with the hope of leveraging his market insights and management experience to bring diverse resources to the association and provide better service and support for the elderly.

Mr Edward Yu holds a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada and a professional membership of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, U.S.A. He has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, computer turnkey design and manufacturing, minerals trading and building mine production projects. Edward is currently Chairman of The Capital Market Global Limited and Vice-chairman of BlackRock Metals Inc., Canada and has various investment holding interests in many countries.
Since 1984, Edward has actively participated and served in numerous charity organizations as founder, donor and service participant. Over the years, Edward has been an active donor and service program sponsor for many charities and humanity projects especially to those under-privileged children and teens in various regions of China through his personal, family and companies’charitable trusts.
